Barbara the host was lovely. She had eggs bacon milk bread fruit cereal jams provided for breakfast. And a proper bean-to-cup coffee machine to boot. Fabulous. The studio was comfortable and clean, bed and pillows super comfortable, though the bathroom was a little cramped. A bonus was a remarkable garden to explore. Shops, supermarkets and the highway were all nearby so the location couldn't be better.

Barbara greeted us on arrival and showed us to the guest house. She has the place set up very nicely with those added little touches that set this apart from most. Her gardens are extensive and are a real pleasure to walk through. It really is the place to be that's close enough to the city but far enough at the same time. Perfect for a couples getaway or a singles trip for some quiet, relaxed nature filled holiday.

Quiet self contained accommodation in Sterling with beautiful gardens planted by the owners Barbara and Reo who were both very hospitable and helpful. Provisions of juices, milk, tea, coffee, cereals, fruit as well as eggs and bacon provided. On site parking but if you have a low car suggest parking in street as property has a steep gutter.

Barbara was wonderful. Kind and attentive but I also felt I had space to be on my own and unwind which was sorely needed. The extras were a great bonus - great coffee machine with coffee beans, lovely bread and milk and cereal. The place was gorgeous with big Windows and great views and yet cozy and contained. I’ve told my husband in the UK where I’m from where coming here on our next visit to OZ.
