The hotel is on a lovely side street with lots of restaurants and bars, a few minutes walk to the tourist area and is close to the train station

Lovely location, super close to every you could want to see (this there is some city noise). The staff was so helpful even though I arrived on a Sunday and they offered to carry my bags up the stairs and down.

Sink (lavabo) in the room. Room: quietness. Washroom & Shower: clean. Good location, nearby most of all restaurants. Marin, a very cool & friendly bartender, he helped me (a foreigner) a lot with a whole bunch of good info.

Centrally located, pretty simple old school hotel with rooms up some quite steep stairs! Shared facilities per floor. The room was fine, everything worked and the window opened properly! Very informative and friendly welcome. Overall a good choice for a night or two in St Gallen if you need central location and don't want anything too fancy.

Very nice and well located place. You share toilets and shower with other guests, what is fine. Would go again.
