The location was excellent with the old town in walking distance. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The free tea room was great. The room was a fine size and the bed was comfortable.

Easy walking distance from the station. Centrally located in the old town close to bars and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff plus a very comfortable room. Free tea and coffee was a welcome surprise.

It is a nice hotel in a very good location, but if you are a light sleeper, you will not get a lot of sleep. The windows of my room were to the street (old town, no cars) and it was noise from the cafe downstairs at night and the sound of delivery trucks in early morning.

Great location, 5 mins from the station and right beside the cathedral and library. Also staff very friendly. Great breakfast setting you up for the day

The location and relaxed athmosphere make this the perfect location for exploring St Gallen. It has clean and non fussy rooms, the town is quiet anyway, so no problems with being kept awake. I will always try to stay at Hotel Dom who in St. Gallen.

More than expected according to what was seen on Booking. In description of the room, no mention of balcony/ terrace - positive surprise when I arrived and realised that the room has a (shared) terrace.
