The location is close to town & an easy, safe walk. Very close to the botanical gardens which are lovely. Unfortunately we are not reviewing unit 3 which is what we’d specifically booked as it is ground floor with outdoor space. On arrival we were informed that the owner was in 3 & they’d put us in 7. This wasn’t true. 7 is a beautiful apartment but it is on an upper floor with an enclosed verandah. The apartment was comfortable & beautifully furnished. It’s spacious & was very clean & tidy. The lady who met us to hand over the keys was very nice & phoned the owner for us (who was clearly not using number 3). We would recommend the apartment but we’re very disappointed with the service.

This apartment is perfectly located to central Stellenbosch with all the necessary amenities (and extra touches like tea, coffee, milk, rusks etc). Loved the patio area, which is beautiful in the afternoon sunlight.

Spacious, clean and very comfortable apartment conveniently positioned near University and City Centre with the added benefit of underground parking.
