Situated behind the historic La Gratitude homestead in Stellenbosch, Avemore Lagratitude is an air-conditioned apartment in Dorp Street. Free WiFi is available.
This luxurious apartment features an open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with selected satellite channels. The enclosed patio area is equipped with BBQ facilities and outdoor furniture, and opens onto a small garden. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has an en suite bathroom.
Guests can enjoy a variety of nearby restaurants and locals' favourites such as Oom Samie se Winkel.
A lock-up garage is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and space for one car. There is an additional parking space in front of the garage.

The location was very easy to walk into the restaurants and shops. Security gate and guard made the property safe and we felt comfortable to walk in and out during the day and night.

Great location, very close to Stellenbosch town, but still quiet and secure. There staff were very responsive to our messages and requests, usually responding to a request immediately and acting upon it very quickly.
