Positives: Excellent service both at the reception and the dining area. Breakfast was pretty decent for its range. Free shuttle to and from the ferry.

The room was large and beds are comfortable . Hotel location are excellent and services variety are good. Free parking available. Free acceptable breakfast. Free shuttle service to staten island ferry boat

A quiet retreat, next to the lovely park but within striking distance for the Staten Island ferry = just perfect. A special mention for the senior guy who was so helpful and friendly when serving the wonderful breakfast.

Everything was fine. Many thanks for staff service, they were polite and helpfully. Very good breakfasts. Many thanks for shuttle bus to the ferry/back.

Breakfast was the same every day and little diversity, specially for diets. Couldnt tell if rooms were cleaned more than once, since the beds were only made once during our whole one week stay. When we got there we told the cleaning staff that one of the shampoo dispensers was broken and it was never fixed, also the towel bar was also broken

good value for money in NYC, a 20 min drive to the ferry to get to Manhattan, nice, contemporary lobby design, comfy beds, window in room opens some if you don't want to use AC; good, plentiful breakfast, free parking.
