The staff was delightful. Everybody was warm & friendly, and went out of their way to help with everything. The food at the restaurant was great. The area was beautifully tranquil and the kitties in the forest were very cute.

Very beautiful and peaceful place located in a forest. I was in a very large room , even too large:) . Personal smiling and very good service. Restaurant is good as well with very reasonable price. Small swimming pool with terasse and view on the forest. I recommend this hotel.

Pretty traditional design of building. Friendly staff. Quite good options for breakfast however juice could be more natural. Clean room and facilities. Big parking. In overall it was filling like a rest at the parent home.

Large room overlooking woods with 2 bathrooms, very friendly staff particularly lady on reception who gave us best welcome at reception from all the hotels we have stayed in Bulgaria. Food was excellent - worth a visit for the restaurant. Parking easy
