The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, truly the most welcoming we've ever encountered. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, with housekeeping services provided almost daily. High-quality bedding, soft towels, and a comfortable bed contributed to a restful experience. The property grounds were always well-maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the pristine pool. The location is excellent: there are cafes, shops, and a bus stop nearby, making it incredibly convenient for all your needs.

Great apartments in a lovely quiet location, close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Easy access to the bus stops going to Chania or Kissamos. Room was kept fantastically clean every day, towels and bedding change regularly. Kitchen facilities were adequate for our needs as we ate out every evening, but had breakfasts and lunches in the room. Stefania and her team are all extremely helpful and friendly.

everything was perfect - location (2mins from beach, 2 mins from bus to Chania), we had huge terrace overlooking the sea that everyone can actually walk into for nice pictures :) staff was extremely kind and helpful. Just perfect!

The location was perfect and the accommodation very clean! Host is a sweetheart who will gladly help you with any questions or inconveniences. Shops & beach etc very near.

Everything was very clean. The location is great, very close to the beach, but not on the main street, avoiding the noise from traffic. The pool is very nice, with showers outside the hotel so you can wash off your sand/salt from the beach before entering the apartment. The kitchen and toilet in the apartment might not be the newest design, but everything is really well maintained and clean.

The communication even before we arrived already showed us we were going to have a good stay. I choose the property for the location and the price and it did not disappoint at all. We had an apartment which was spacious and clean. The beds a very comfortable and there is ac in the bedroom. The pool area is very big and always found sunbeds available Cleaning staff was very polite and we had our apartment cleaned and towels Changed The host is extremely polite and helpful

Thelesi is located on a side street, which gives you lots of intimacy, but close to the beach and restaurants (we personally loved Faros and Kosmas that are close by). We absolutely loved how clean everything was: the pool, the courtyard and our room, and the staff was spectacular and super friendly. Thank you Stefania and everyone else involved, we loved our stay here!
