Easy check-in very polite helpful staff. Large double room plenty of space with usual compliments i.e. tea/coffee station, desk, suitcase box, wardrobe The en-suite came with a bath & shower Excellent attached Indian restaurant, good selection of drinks Breakfast was excellent

Not far from terminal 5, quiet location, large free car park , pretty good breakfast, large king size bed. Very good price . Opposite is the Swan Inn which serves food until 9 and has a terrace by the river.

Used it as a stop for a weekend break to Thorpe Park, didn’t really explore the town but lovely hotel and restaurant/Indian and the staff were excellent. Including posting lost items to our home very efficiently. Can’t remember the guys name but he ran the restaurant in the evening and reception, was very polite, including running our uber eats delivery to the door - which wasn’t asked of him at all and rather a professionalism of not wanting the uber driver to poke around the hotel.
