Lovely big rooms with a great view of St Peter Port harbour. Staff were very accommodating and gave us a late check out. I really thought this hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed in across the UK

The staff are so welcoming and helping. Special shout out to the hotel receptionnist (I don’t know his name but is a filipino guy) with his great work and making us feel confortable !!

The hotel is in a beautiful setting, with stunning views. The staff were exceptionally attentive and just very lovely people. Nothing was too much trouble.

The views from our room were impressive - over the harbour towards Herm & Sark. We were upgraded to a suite which meant we had plenty of room. The breakfast was quite good

The restaurant was very cosy, and the food was excellent, and the service was very attentive but discreet. The room had a nice terrace and the best view of the harbour.
