Location was excellent and staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were due to check out in the morning and had plans for the rest of the day until the flight home at 21.30. Unfortunately I was unwell so we had to cancel our plans. The staff were able to arrange for us to keep our room until later in the afternoon so that I could rest for as long as possible.

The view was amazing. Lovely sea view. Liked the coffee/water in the room. Was glad it's dog friendly. At night I could hear the noise of the people attending a mamma mia night. The rooms need better double glazing.

My room was a reasonable size, it was clean, and there was a fridge, kettle and TV showing a few random channels. Drinking water available on the landing.

Nice hotel with gorgeous views from the sea view rooms. Room was clean & comfortable. Close to lots of restaurants/bars & bus stops to get around the rest of the island if you don't have a car. Staff were all helpful & friendly. There was a bit of mould/discolouration in the bathroom & on the ceiling in the room but nothing major and should be easy to sort. Handy to have the free water fountains although the one on our floor often wasn't working.

Always love coming to Gillieru. A very tranquil setting. Activity nearby but also quiet in the opposite direction. We will be back as long as we can.
