Nice location, great breakfasts, pool with decent depths for a refreshing swim, plus very friendly and helpful lady at the reception (Nelly).

The Manager was very kind and helped us book a Hippo boat cruise and lent us umbrellas for the beach. The breakfast was verg good with many options. The pool was nice and the location very close the restaurants around.

Staff very friendly. Special thanks to sis Nelly who took good care of us and made our stay possible after some confusion and complications. Clean rooms and pool. Breakfast was great. Location is perfect 👌

The manager of the establishment, Nelly, stood out in stark contrast to Ursula. Nelly was exceptionally kind, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, demonstrating genuine care and attentiveness to our needs. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made a positive impression, showcasing the kind of service one expects in the hospitality industry. Nelly's approach reflected a level of competence and warmth that greatly improved our overall experience, and it is clear that her attitude and professionalism are assets to the establishment. It is unfortunate, however, that this level of service was not consistent across all staff interactions.
