Excellent room, great balcony, great breakfast and the staff could not have done anything more for us. They were always on hand to help and Katerina was an amazing host for us. The reception staff, concierge and cleaning staff as well as the waiters were all amazing and very attentive to our needs. I will not stay at any other hotel in Malta when I go the next time

Tarek is excellent, he is so focussed on delivering the best world class experience for his guests. Many years I have been staying here, it’s the only hotel I choose to stay at in the country because of the experience and world class service from Tarek and his team. All the front desk are great , the breakfast and the team are so friendly and all the staff here are like a family. Such a positive happy inspiring environment for guests and staff to be part of. Thank you all As I’m writing this review, I have returned with family for another stay. !! 🔥🔥🙏

Great Hotel! Everything was fine! Responsive and polite staff, especially Mina, who helped to solve all our issues. I was very pleased to communicate with reservation, concierge, everything was at the highest level. All our requests were satisfied. I have not met such responsible hotel workers for a long time. Thank you very much for your help, pleasant communication and care. I recommend this Hotel in Malta!

I had the pleasure of staying at the InterContinental Malta, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, the staff especially Catalina made me feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and they went above and beyond by offering helpful local recommendations. The room was immaculate and equipped with everything I could possibly need. While we had a few mishaps during our stay, Catalina ensured that everything was dealt with promptly and efficiently, which made all the difference. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The large spread offered an incredible variety, with something to suit every taste. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. The amenities were another standout feature. I particularly enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, which were clean, well-maintained, and provided the perfect space to relax and unwind. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. Despite being situated in a busy nightlife area, the hotel itself was peaceful and quiet. Overall, my experience at the InterContinental Malta exceeded all expectations. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. You’ll be in great hands with the staff especially Catalina!

We were approached prior to arriving by Ms Mcbride which she organized our room to include birthday decorations including of small cake and sweets which was much appreciated and once we had a small issue regarding the indoor pool she called us and handled us accordingly and we were treated with a professional service from her which was appreciated

Great staff! reception and customer service amazing. Breakfast blended with local and international stuff. Restaurants were also exceptional, beach was good but the sea is full of garbage and can be cleaned in my opinion, at least seashore that hotel owns. Hotel customer service works hard to make sure that guests are happy and calls the room to check, which is very good.
