Wasn’t told that the rooftop won’t be open, but no problem really as weather wasn’t quite swimming weather. Beautiful clean room and hotel, friendly staff and lovely breakfast.

- The location of this hotel is great but unfortunately that's what make up a lot of the negative points. - The queen room with balcony that I had was a great size and would easily accommodate two people. - The room was overall clean and housekeeping did a good job each day. - Although the balcony didn't have a great view it got some sunshine in the morning and it was nice to be able to sit outside even in March. - Room facilities were good including a small fridge, kettle, tea/coffee/ hair dryer and free body wash. - The smart tv was also good. I couldn't get it to stream from my phone to the TV but there were other options such as the ability to login to streaming accounts. - The hotel was happy to keep my luggage after check out time - Despite being in a very busy, touristy area I felt fine in terms of security with keycards being needed to access any of the guest rooms

Liked the room and the breakfast, didn’t like the amount of building work surrounding the hotel. The balcony was constantly covered in dust and the road closed on and off.

Very smart, clean and comfortable hotel + very friendly staff and a good quality breakfast. In a busy part of St Julian's with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Also beside bus stops to go anywhere on the island. Highly recommended.

Ideal location, super modern and clean rooms, was quiet at night, (but it was off season, keep that in mind) and the breakfast had enough options.

Breakfast was lovely as were all the staff. Room is basic an tidy just what is needed. Coffee facilities in the room were good really enjoyed the coffee. Free water on arrival too. Location is great, busy area but cudnt hear the noise from the pub and clubs thank goodness. There is everything you need around you. Fab location for travelling around the island on day trips. Wud recommend.
