the room was quite comfortable one suggestion - there was 1 chair , would it be possible to have 2 chairs in a room , it would be nice to have somewhere to sit other then your bed ??

the staff there is very friendly. i got hot water from the restaurant's staff and they were friendly. when there was something wrong with the shower door, the staff offered us to change to another room. My husband fell down on a trail and when we returned from the emergency on the morning of the day when we should check out, the staff lent us crunches and offered us late check-out without any cost when we returned from the emergency on the morning of the day when we should check out. They are extremely nice!

Location is great, Italian restaurant in hotel is really good. Go across the street to Toslow for breakfast! Good room, isolated from noise outside.

There is great attention to detail with the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping team are exceptional, always offering a warm hello and making you feel welcome. The beds are very comfortable and I like that the showers are well equipped with re-fillable bottles (I personally prefer this in hotels over the mini bottles, well done for having this environmentally conscious option). Everything was great!
