most hotel rooms you enter with windows closed . was happy to have windows open and a well aired room with fresh sea breeze the locally produced toiletries the plush towels and home made shortbread cookies were indicative to personal attention. in addition we were well directed to local restaurants to eat at

Great location - short walk to the beach, train station and 40 mins walk to St Ives, with a boutique feel, friendly staff, good views and great food from the restaurant. Free parking also available.

Stunning property with beautiful views of the sea at Carbis Bay. It’s clean and the lounge and balcony are the perfect place to sit and relax. Highly recommend the cream tea. Easy parking out the front of the hotel too. All the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Very pretty, well-managed and nicely designed hotel - we were pleasantly surprised as we understood it was an independently hotel. Spacious common areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Staff were all fantastic and food was decent!
