good location, excellent to have parking nearby. it is a walk down hill to St Ives but it only takes a few minutes...the walk back up takes a little longer! excellent breakfast and comfy surroundings.

Our hosts, Lindsey and Simon, are very warm and friendly 😊 and they offer delicious breakfast, different every day 😍 and we had a big room with a sea view!

Breakfast was good . Location is second to none. Five minutes walk to the best beach. Free car parking, walking distance to the harbour, shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful owners.

Everything was absolutey wonderful! Lindsey and Simon are really friendly, we felt welcomed. The room was spacious and the view to the sea is truly beautiful. Breakfast was perfect. They were really considarate about me being vegan, provided me vegan version of full english breakfast, and plant based yoghurt + milk. And wow there was always tasty fresh fruit too. We were having a fantastic time. Thank you for everything!

Very welcoming and accomodating couple. View from the front bedroom out across the bay was lovely. Location to the town and beaches is excellent. Car parking was a real bonus.

Everything. The room was lovely and very clean. The views from the balcony are nice an relax. Breakfast was delicious. Watch out for the specials cooked by the hosts. Both hosts were super helpful and attentive.
