We had an excellent stay at 27 The Terrace. The whole place is very nicely decorated, the room was comfortable, and breakfast delicious. Staff were also very helpful. Would definitely return

Amazing guest house - every space is beautifully decorated and the bedrooms have everything you need and are very clean! The views are stunning, the location is great, and the breakfasts were delicious. The team there is also wonderful! And there is parking - so many great things! The only tiny niggly thing was the payoff of having a stunning sea view across the bay is noisy diesel buses frequently stopping and starting right outside, plus diggers from the roadworks down the road (which will probably be gone soon) which starts early and (buses) end quite late. So I didn't sleep as well as I could have because of this. But it depends what you're used to and how you sleep. However the frequency of the buses is amazing so that's a positive especially if you're coming from another town or want to explore.

Beautiful place. Sea room was gorgeous, watching seals through the binoculars provided in the room was special to see. You’re walking distance to the centre of everything at St Ives. The staff were so friendly. Breakfast was 10/10! Parking at the property was super easy! We can’t fault this place. We’re recommending to everybody we know :)
