I especially liked the option of the shared kitchen facility - it was well stocked and managed. The room is great, location is perfect!

Excellent location! 10 mins walk from the station. Squeaky clean room and bedsheets. Fresh smells, no odours at all. Clean property, very central to the beach and gallery. Clean utensils and tidy kitchen.

Great location just outside the main attractions, the hills up to the property are very steep but if you don’t mind that it’s a perfect quiet location with parking included. The property itself has a well equipped kitchen with all you could need for a comfortable stay.

Everything we wanted for a visit to St Ives. The accommodation is perfectly located, with parking, for visiting the town. You obviously need to walk and beware St Ives is hilly. The shared kitchen is really useful. Very comfortable bed.

I really liked that the property was exceptionally clean, had the convenience of free parking, and was located in a very quiet area, which made my stay peaceful and relaxing.

Clean bedding and towels, nice to have tea and coffee provided, good to have a kitchen although I had no time to use it, keycode worked fine, parked on street as was winter rules.

Very convenient for St.Ives although be aware that is is located up a steep hill so suitable for fit walkers unless you get a taxi up. clean and comfortable room and a lovely fully fitted kitchen available to guests.
