The staff were friendly and helpful. Disappointed that snacks/meals were not available as advertised, this made it difficult for us. The bar was only open from 5pm and not enough staff to be on the bar and on Reception at the same time. The decor could do with up-dating and the hotel seem to be addressing this in some areas, but this is to be expected due to the age of the building.

All the staff were amazing. Nicky on the front desk is an absolute gem. Friendly with people and dogs alike! I've stayed 3 times in the last 3 weeks and would stay tomorrow again if I could. Very festive around Christmas.

Very dog friendly hotel, very courteous staff, beautiful location. Very good breakfast and parking (which is a massive bonus for a place like St Ives)
