Lovely welcome, great room and bathroom. Easy to find, parking was easy and with a 10 minute walk into the town. Breakfast was very good, especially the locally produced sausages. Thank you

Tracey and Liegh were exceptional hosts. Both very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and enty of it. Thotel was very clean and rooms were spotless and well equipped. Would definitely return

We loved everything! Perfect location to explore St. Ives, really clean and cozy room, freshly prepared breakfast... Tracy as host in general. We had nothing to complain and would love to go back.
