Room was clean but smaller than expected and was cold. To be fair I did message to say it was cold and the heating was on the next day though. Front door opening and closing woke us up very early in the mornings. Was very clean.

Really nice clean property in a great part of St Ives, lovely and close to the station and shops. The shared kitchen is a real bonus. Bed was super comfy and I slept really well.

A great place to stay. Close to the beaches and centre of St Ives. A nice kitchen and garden area. Room was clean, mattress comfy, complimentary coffee was nice!
