The location was great, the gentleman who took care of us has been helpful, very kind and generous with our son. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was clean, comfortable and full of facilities. Fantastic stay!

Adrian was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Perfect location near local restaurants and bars and not far from the beach.

The breakfast was good plenty of good variety fresh every morning. Good area to stay at the public transport was right outside the door which we used instead of the car. The staff were very polite and friendly full of information of the area. It was well priced. The room was clean and tidy.

Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of choice and all good quality products. Our room was good, comfortable bed and clean. Location was perfect for us and close to Carbis bay beach and a great walk into St Ives.

The location was excellent for sight-seeing & had ample street parking. Though I'm used to having a Full English breakfast when on holiday the lighter breakfast of cereal, waffles, fruit & toast was excellent.
