Spacious Enclosed garden Comfortable beds Near the bus stop and train station for easy access into St Ives. A good shower. A Grade 2 cottage with its quirkiness and low ceiling so not for 6foot people. Dog friendly.

Boundys House definitely has an olde world charm to it and when you consider that it was built in 1726 it’s actually doing really well. It has a lovely well secured garden with good off road parking. There’s plenty of room and all of the rooms are huge. Despite the recent review that appeared a few days ago we actually found the property to be very clean and it’s obvious that some effort had gone in to fix problems in what is an old and well used property. The kitchen is well appointed. The location is excellent, there’s so many beaches nearby, 2 pubs and a couple of restaurants in walking distance, buses to St Ives and Penzance right outside and of course the scenic train ride to St Ives only a short walk away.

Its location in Lelant is perfect as a home base. Really easy to get to St Ives, Hayle, Penzance, and easy access to the A30. Train and buses from 2 stations made for easy daily travel. Local amenities are good, highly recommend The Forge for breakfast. Amazing mature garden, perfect for the dogs and kids, some stone steps but mostly very safe. Enclosed by big iron gates so very safe from the road. Very very well equipped kitchen, big lounge, den and a dining room. Bedrooms are enormous. The previous reviews about dust and mustiness seem to have been addressed as the house was spotless when we arrived and the silicon and grout looked to all be new.
