Staff welcoming, friendly and attentive. Pool lovely. Lovely ocean views. Breakfast nice. Lovely facial in the spa. Robes an slippers provided.

The rooms above the spa are lovely the views are amazing. Staff very helpful especially Margot on reception, John on the door and our fav waiter Pedro who we have seen there for over 25 years (think he has been there 47 years) We had to leave early due to a flood at our home in Manchester the staff at the hotel and booking.com were very supportive. Thank you

Very nice hotel , rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very very good. Spa and pool were good. Would definitely stay there again.

We are regular visitors to Jersey and have often thought we would like to stay here, but out of our price range. I got a good deal for new years Eve. Beautiful hotel in fantastic location. Exceptional staff, especially Stefan at front desk. Amazing facilities inc indoor pool & Spa (we didn't use) Fantastic breakfast selection. Lovely room with comfy beds. Bus stop right outside hotel

The hotel in st Brelades bay way perfect, location could not have been better. We had a sea view with exceptional viewing of the sea front, the hotel was beautifully presented, room was beautiful and spacious, with everything we needed for our stay, breakfast was a varied breakfast with a choice of cereals, fruit and cooked items. The staff were always helpful and accommodating with a smile on their face, nothing was too much effort. Lovely little touches when the bed was turned down for the evening, bottled water was placed by the bed and a little chocolate placed on the pillows. Everywhere was clean and lots of lovely touches. We will be returning next year as it was such a beautiful place to get away.
