The bed was extremely comfortable, the decor was tasteful, the staff were pleasant and accommodating. I found the room to be pleasantly warm. The general areas were also pleasant interns of aesthetics.

Staff friendliness and helpfulness. Comfort. Separate lounge, very nicely furnished. Lovely food and good wine list. Very welcoming for a solo traveller who had never visited Jersey before.

It’s a beautiful property; worth every penny we paid. Staff in reception , bar and the restaurant were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean , tastefully decorated and spacious. The hotel runs so well and yet embraces informality and conviviality.
