The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early on our first day and leave late on our last day which meant we were able to make the most of our 5 day stay. The view of the beach was phenomenally good. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and nicely furnished and they had left a welcome basket of Jersey delicacies for us to enjoy. They were very friendly and went out of their way to make our Christmas break feel special! The kids particularly enjoyed the pool table downstairs and the easy access to the beach.

Very friendly and professional team. The apartment was amazing, everything needed, is there. The view of the bay is breathtaking. We took our car but actually the bus service is perfect, just outside the hotel. There are good restaurants nearby. If you get the chance, the museum at St Helier was very good indeed. I thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Stunning location right on St Brelades Bay. We had a suite with 2 balconies which was great. The bathrooms recently have been renovated which was nice and the complimentary fudge, milk, biscuits etc was a nice touch.

We had an apartment overlooking the sea. It was perfect for our needs with a large bedroom, a well equipped kitchen, a really comfy lounge and two balconies. Lovely welcome from Elizabeth and a really nice touch was some essentials already in the kitchen for us on arrival - milk, bread, butter, eggs, some snacks and even two small bottles of white wine. Just enough to keep you going until you have time to get to the shops. Of course, there are numerous restaurants within walking distance covering all types of budget including the excellent La Brise, so you only really need enough provisions for breakfast. For those wanting the beach, it was about a one minute walk from the room, so very handy for those who want to stay local. We thought the apartment was excellent value for money for the area.

The location is fabulous with plenty of restaurants and amenities on the doorstep and nearby. The staff are brilliant, can't do enough for you and even put a small bed in the main bedroom for my 3 year old without me needing to ask. The food is really high standard too. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the hotel and we will be back.

From the moment I made the booking, Elizabeth was in touch and showed excellent customer service which continued into our stay. The welcome she gave us was wonderful and, throughout our stay, Elizabeth and all the team could not do enough for us. There was also a great welcome pack of essential groceries - and some little luxuries - waiting for us in the kitchen. When our ferry was cancelled due to bad weather Elizabeth offered the suite for the additional nights at an extremely reasonable rate rather than trying to take advantage of our situation. Our suite was very large and extremely comfortable and, whilst we weren't expecting it, it was serviced every day. The location is perfect, directly facing the beautiful St Brelade's Bay, and there are plenty of options for eating or drinking within walking distance. We loved our stay here and have already recommended Beau Rivage to our friends who live on the island as a perfect option for their many visitors.
