Due To COVID-19, the property is operating reduced opening hours in the bars and lounge.Laundry service and luggage assistance are not available for the moment.The property will only be offering a full table service breakfast using the whole of the downstairs area, to ensure social distancing. The main bar and lounge areas will be closed between 07:30 and 10.00, when breakfast is served.Due to new additional cleaning and sanitising procedures, rooms may be delayed for arrivals.Please note that the bar is open late on Friday and Saturday nights, so guests may experience some noise.Please note that free car parking spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

The White Hart is located in the centre of St Austell with a car park across the road to the rear of the property, All of the staff we met were very polite and efficient. We had room 14 which was adequate for a 3 nights stay but not for longer due to its small size. The breakfast is excellent, there is lots of choice and it is well cooked. We dined in the bar area on Thursday which is roast night. If you don't want to eat at the Hotel there is a wetherspoons 300 yards away.

The whole stay was good. The people serving us were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and all round efficient. Breakfast was excellent and the one evening meal we had was very good.

Breakfast was delicious. I loved those pancakes. Location was great too - just a minute away from the bus station and a 4-5 mins walk away from the train station. Many grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

The reception and dining areas are light, comfortable and pleasant. The bedroom was comfortable and there was a nice little gift on the bed when I arrived. It was very clean. The staff were all very pleasant and engaging.
