Due To COVID-19, the property is operating reduced opening hours in the bars and lounge.Laundry service and luggage assistance are not available for the moment.The property will only be offering a full table service breakfast using the whole of the downstairs area, to ensure social distancing. The main bar and lounge areas will be closed between 07:30 and 10.00, when breakfast is served.Due to new additional cleaning and sanitising procedures, rooms may be delayed for arrivals.Please note that the bar is open late on Friday and Saturday nights, so guests may experience some noise.Please note that free car parking spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

I had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both of which were nice and good value- I did have a quick walk around near the hotel and nothing was open to eat at- well maybe 1 pub but I am not sure they served food! Room was clean and tidy and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast freshly cooked to order, plenty of choice. We were given the external annexe room, which suited us well, self contained, with mini fridge, microwave and tea making facilities.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The food was lovely and during our stay we had breakfast and dinner. The service was well organised and staff again were extremely friendly.

Staff very helpful. Swapped room for the annexe to facilitate fewer steps at their suggestion. Breakfast and dinner really good and plentiful.

Everything as the hotel is in an idea location for access to railway and bus service to allow visits to major tourist attraction such as Eden Project ,Charlestown and Heligan Gardens Food was excellent as varied choices for breakfast .Evening meal was excellent as a comprehensive menu was available, meals reasonably priced ,in all good value. Staff were all excellent and exceeded all expectations .
