“Lovely quiet cottage with a beautiful view”

Great location, really peaceful and feels very safe, but near enough to town centre amenities and local attractions. Great communication on how to find it and gain entry. Access to some outside space and lovely to see the ponies. We had an elderly relative with us so are out at lunch times and just had a light tea in the cottage and found all utensils we needed to do that along with a dishwasher for the no chores holiday. Had been a bit concerned that Mum might feel chilly in the evening and messaged before our stay and they left out a heated throw for her to use which was perfect and we now know what to buy her for Christmas.

Absolutely lovely cottage with amazing location. easy self check in. loved the layout, free parking and horses!!! lovely host who added nice touches, would definitely return but not in high season due to cost.

Great location, lovely view, and perfect size for our family. Only a few minutes from Eden Project and lovely beaches & villages, plus St Austell so easy for grocery shopping. Felt v secure too with gated entry system. Really lovely conservatory and patio too. The gardens are a lovely surprise, nice to pop out and say hi to the ponies, and we were honoured to meet the gorgeous cat who lives nearby and made it extra hard to leave!
