Staffs were really accommodating. Foreigners please bring cash as they only accept local card and Gpay. They don't accept international cards. We didn't have enough cash and they were patient about it and gave us time to withdraw as we stayed there for 3 nights. Its beside highway so don't expect to be able to walk out to find food places better to get something on the way or have hotel food. Quiet without much disturbance!

It's quite nicely located,one can see the mountains and on the road going to.leh,so quite convenient

The staff at the resort were exceptionally helpful. On the first night there was loud music from a wedding in the hotel until 1am! But the staff did their utmost to help and were very patient when we repeatedly complained. Our initial room did not have a good bathrroom, but they changed it to a better room the following night. The staff were also very friendly and so overall they were the best part of the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Countryside Resorts in Srinagar with my family, and I'm pleased to share that our experience was delightful. We opted for the suite room, which was perfect for a leisurely stay. What truly set Countryside Resorts apart was the hospitality. The staff were exceptional in their service. I would like to extend my gratitude to Tahira at reception for her warm welcome, Altaf the bell boy for his helpfulness, and Virendra the manager for ensuring our stay was without any hitches. In the restaurant, Sameer and Muntazir were attentive and made our dining experiences memorable. Overall, the combination of great facilities, good food, and good service made our stay at Countryside Resorts a memorable one. Even though away from the city, I would recommend this retreat to anyone visiting Srinagar and look forward to returning soon.

Nice stay with good rooms and friendly staff. The food was just great. Overall a good option for vegetarian travellers :)
