i booked every time this hotel because of Mr Abid ji always recommended this hotel for couples and family ..Rooms Are good But somerooms have Indian seat But really good Rooms Well maintained this old building like fresh building the entire reception is really Osm like heaven so My choose my family choose Alaways jay palace👌💕✌🏻🙏

We booked Forest View room and the atmosphere was so chill and cool with all greens around us. The tea and food provided was really very tasty. Though the breakfast is complementary, there is no reduction in quality. There is no mobile network over the area which adds on to the point of relaxing completely without facebook, twitter, whatsapp, mobile calls, etc. Great property around shalimar . Thanks to Mr Abid and also Hotel staff for their hospitality.

I stayed in The hotel Jay palace for 3 days. Can’t describe how good their service was. Its too rare to find such polite and helpful staff. When I was sick they took no time to bring medicine for me. Room was great and tidy. Washroom was clean. I wanted to extend my stay for next 2 days but it was already sold out. Would love to stay in this hotel again on our next visit. Location is also perfect for evening walk aroung Dal lake and visit Mughal garden.
