I don't know where to start. So many good things to share. But if I need to choose the first best thing, it is the host, Mr Akeel. This was the first trip I took with my wife and I was nervous as I'm going to JK from Chennai, literally two extremes of India. And Akeel has arranged everything. I needed a motorcycle for travelling Kashmir and he has arranged one for a very nominal price. As the houseboats are relatively costly (but worth every rupee because the view is unparalleled),

The staff are very helpful and efficient. We stayed 4 nights and have absolutely no complaints. ubaid and Kursheed were especially nice. I recommend the houseboat to all.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast plus dinner was a delight. On our very first day we were little late, kitchen suppose to be close at that time but still they waited for us and manage to provide us dinner with big smile on their faces. We have stayed there for almost a week and never seen them assisting us with an exhausted or unhappy faces. Words are seriously nothing to praise their wonderful services
