This is an amazing place with great walking trails in the middle of the nature and very comfortable and clean cottage. The key positive though is the amazing food that is served there, best deserts we had in South Africa for the last 10 years we have been living here.

A little out out of town (from Springbok). Very peaceful and serene. Was looking for accommodation travelling between Cape Town and Windhoek in Namibia and this was a nice stop on the way. This place is more than just accommodation. Travelled with family (2 kids) and they enjoyed the outdoor space. Better than being couped up in a small hotel room in the town. None of the reviews I read talked about the incredible walking trails and view point on the estate. It is really special if you enjoy hiking or mountain biking as there are quite a few trails. The highlight was the view point overlooking the mountains. Absolutely stunning at sunset. Also, if you are into stars... look up. Incredible stargazing in the quiet night. My kids enjoyed looking for satelites and shooting stars. The family unit comes well equiped. If you are planning on catering for yourself then purchase your food etc in Springbok before going to the venue. It is a little bit out of town.

We enjoyed breakfast it was good and satisfying, however we did miss having a proper buffet option. The dinner we had was very nice and we enjoyed the attentive service. The food was nicely presented, which added to our dining experience. Our room was very nice, with comfortable bedding and we appreciated the small details, like the little flowers,complimentary water and sweeties
