Breakfast was lovely with home-cooked treats. The host couple were delightful. Location was quiet and peaceful with mountain surroundings.

The place is absolutely astounding is the only words I can use to describe it because it is out in the middle of nowhere.... in the middle of nature where there are no sounds of city and sirens of police cars and fire engines and ambulances racing around... there is a perfect peace which rapidly takes over all your senses. 👌👍🤩🤩 Partaking in cooking with the owner in the kitchen for our own supper and learning the little Italian secrets...apart from his home grown beef in wonderful steaks, and the starters of pasta and their company while we ate and chatted over the history of the place, the family have been here for hundreds of years makes it a definite to return to if they are still there because eventually some generations do not want to continue the family tradition (understandable but sad). So strongly suggest you go there sooner than later if you wish to enjoy Augusto and his wife.... and his stories and food and the nature and the beauty and the quietness...
