The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing. Location was perfect very close to the night life but far enough that you can get a good night's sleep

Spacious room with lovely bathroom, pool and hot tub were a delight, Osprey restaurant provided a really good evening meal.

We have stayed at the property many times over the years and the renovations have really brought this place back to life. We had a preference for building and room location and we were very pleased they were able to accommodate our request. The weather was very hot and there were many family groups evident but we always found a good spot by the pool when we wanted to cool down for a while. The AC was very efficient on the hot days and we loved the river view and chance to sit outside and enjoy the warm evenings. We will be back.

I'd somehow been booked for 2 rooms through a 3rd party service but didn't notice because of the way the emails were structured. The staff were very understanding (wish i could name him, I checked in at around 2:30 Aug 4) and got me in the room i wanted, even though I was early. After I'd finally got through to Bookings.com, the staff took care of my refund right away. Bar staff were also amazing.

Location was great. On the river and close to the Pavilion and auditorium for concerts and shows.
