This apartment was in a square just on the edge of the old town near the water. In my opinion perfect location for visiting Split. Apartment itself was in a tall building with commercial businesses inside and at the very top had a few apartments which is where the View was located. Yes it was a bit of a hike up the stairs to get to the apartment but this is pretty typical in any European City. Good way to work off the delicious food and drinks ! The apartment itself was very big and the pictures did not really show how nice it was inside. It had a beautiful view of the square and water outside. In the square there was lots of restaurants which was super convenient to grab something to eat. Apartment was super clean and had all the amenities needed like towels, toiletries, detergent for the washer which was appreciated. Communication with owner was super easy had no issues at all. The only thing I forgot was payment for the apartment was to be made during the stay so I had to take care of that with a few messages but no big deal. There was a bit of an occasional smell from the bathroom that I read from other reviews but honestly barely noticed it. If you are familiar with European travel , these cities are really old and plumbing is not the same as North American plumbing and a slight smell is pretty typical in a lot of places. Overall great apartment , in a great centralized location, and owner communication was great. I would definitely stay again.

The Location is Amazing!! It is right in the centre of Everything and right behind the Riva! Absolutely recommend this place!

A great, centrally located, light and spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment on the top floor of a square in Split old town. This was a very last minute booking, as our flight to Split was so delayed we missed the last ferry of the day, meaning an impromptu night in Split was needed. This accommodation came up trumps, as it was located only a short 5 or 6 minute walk to the ferry, bus and train terminal. The self service check-in meant we didn't have to worry about meeting anyone at an unpredictable time and the whole place was clean, light and spacious with air conditioning and some essentials like shower gel and a few kitchen items.

Absolutely amazing view! The apartement was spacious, well-equipped and clean. There were air conditioning in every room and extra plankets and pillows just in case you need them. The location was in old town and near everything.
