The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern. Loved the shower, always plenty of hot water. Bed very comfortable and location excellent, 5 mins walk to Diocletian's Palace and around 8 mins walk to the centre. I never actually met Pero but it was always easy to communicate with him via whatsapp. He always responded promptly and pleasantly and was very helpful.

Friendly host. Communicated well. Apartment was clean and all the amenities that I wanted. Aircon was great. Quiet Location and near to city centre and airport bus terminal. Perfect.

Location, style, parking, cleanliness and helpfulness of owner! They provided us with great recommendation, allowed us to check out late and even allowed us to leave the car parked a little longer. Super nice people and very friendly!

Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful warm welcome with special treats and tips to enjoy Split! The apartment is close to everything, 5' walking distance from the old town. I would definitely recommend it!

It was such a wonderful stay, markets are nearby and there‘s plenty of places to grab coffee or smth to eat, the host was amazing, he sent us recommendations of good restaurants, beaches and the kitchen was full of cutlery and there was also a bottle of wine. Overall totally recommendable , if i ever come back , ill be staying here again.

The property was as described and very modern and clean inside. It was in a great location, not even a five minutes walk from the Diocletian palace. Check in was easy.

Great location 5 minutes walk from old town split. The room was very up to date and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking.

Just over 5 minutes walk to promenade and centre. Although a small apartment, kitchen equipped, excellent shower, plenty of towels and most importantly spotlessly clean. The fridge was stocked with juice, water, beer, chocolate and selection of teas. Communication was good with host, who let us know "...contact if you need anything..." Overall, a perfect stay.
