The location. The staff. The spacious apartment. Perfect place for a short break to explore Split. Close to the ferry’s for island hopping. Close to a sandy beach and close to all the main attractions.

Amazing welcome from all staff, Antonio especially went above and beyond to help us make the best of our stay, thank you! Great breakfast, room was cleaned every day and lovely comfortable facilities. Also great location, only a few mins walk from the palace, highly recommend it

The Superior Double room with balcony was bright and airy with an excellent shower and air conditioning. Very nice breakfast and ladies in the breakfast room. The front desk staff (Antonio, Duje, and Tony) were spectacular. It seemed there was nothing that they wouldn't do to help, whether it was hiking luggage up and down the stairs or going above and beyond helping arrange a nail appointment (Thank you, Antonio!). They were all exceptionally friendly and are the best customer service-oriented people that we have encountered in a very long time! They are all excellent ambassadors for Royal Suites and contributed immensely to our overall satisfaction with our stay.

The location is excellent a few minutes from the port. We stayed in 6 hotels on our Croatia road trip and the most friendly and helpful staff were at this hotel. The breakfast is good it had everything we needed and the pancakes must be tried once they were tasty. Our room was big and comfortable and the internet was fast.

Excellent check-in with friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable room. Excellent value breakfast in a good, separate dining room. Maria the cook was friendly and a great cook! Although there was no tea/coffee making in the room, the dining room was open, so no big issue. Antonio and Andrijana from reception were both very welcoming and helpful, including good recommendations for eating. As you will see from Google Maps, the hotel is walking distance to train/bus/ferry and Diocletian's Palace.
