Our apartment was superb. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. What's not to like? Plenty of space everywhere and a great size balcony. A toaster would be handy but wasn't worried about not having a coffee machine like other people seem to be. The apartments are in a residential area and so not that near to a breakfast place or restaurants in the evening but for two of us this didn't matter so much. However, the location was slightly difficult for the third person. Alright walking down into the centre of Split but walking back up again was sometimes a problem as the building is on a higher level and there are no buses nearby. A great place to stay otherwise.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! Good sized apartments with wrap around balcony. Attentive staff, comfy beds, strong wifi, well equipped kitchen, AC. Highly recommended. Would stay here again!

Lovely appartments, very nicely furnished and kept clean by the daily housekeeper. The area is only 10 minutes walk to the old town and seafront past Tommy's the local supermarket . Very quiet and in a nice neighbourhood . We also enjoyed watching the Peacocks roaming the area . Perfect !

Smart, modern building in a quiet residential area close to the old town. The residence is associated with a hotel of the same name in the old part of town. Easy access underground parking for our 2 motorbikes. Good contact with hosts pre-arrival and they came to the building to meet us and hand over keys. Very comfortable for a one night stay. Looking for peacocks in the neighbourhood is fun.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment. Kitchen equipment is good (except for lack of coffee machine). Bathrooms are of the highest standard; bedrooms also very good. The large balcony is a bonus. Nice and quiet neighbourhood and we enjoyed the peacocks wandering around near the building. Its less than 10 mins walk to the old town in the centre.
