Breakfast was outstanding and contained local delicacies and at 4 courses left me full for the morning. The setting was delightful and typical of Split with a contemporary twist. Light and fresh surroundings

Everything! The hospitality was the best we received in our 5 week trip! Luka met us at the car park, organised a pick up, gave us a wonderful comprehensive list of tips and recommendations and a welcome drink. The room was 5 star, bed luxurious, bathroom shower was so so good. Windows are double glazed and door has a sound proof panel so you don't get restaurant noise. The breakfast was outstanding and the waitress was delightful despite our early starts. We both used to work in the travel industry and have high standards, this was fantastic. Well done Luka and Mario. Better than 10/10

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights at the end of my Croatia vacation. I paid about 1340 Euro per night, and I thought I got wonderful value for money. The highlights: 1. The staff and service are exceptional and among the best I have every experienced. Luka, Mario, and their staff are universally warm, professional and helpful. Examples include Luka meeting me at the bus station, giving me a mini tour of the hotel area, carrying my bag, and sitting with me over a beer to explain the city map and attractions. Mario was present at breakfast almost every day to check on people and offer help. The waitresses at breakfast were so nice. Even the cleaning lady refilled my water bottle each day from the tap and put it back in the refrigerator. You really get the sense they care about their guests and furthering their skills. 2. The room is lovely. I had a single room, and it was comfortable, well designed, and had nice details including a fridge, beach towels, bathrobe, and toiletries. Everything nice and high quality. 3. Good fast wifi with smart TV. Heating/cooling system that works and good water pressure and temperature. 4. Wonderful breakfast with everything you could want - coffee/juice/water, croissant with jams, yogurt, eggs that you order; apparently there is also dessert, but I never made it :) 5. Perfect location - No more than 15 minutes walk to any major Split attraction or transit area. I really hope to be back in Split at some point, and if I do, I will stay here- no need to look elsewhere.

Luca, Marco and all of the staff went above and beyond - super friendly and accommodating. I was met from my ferry and given a guided tour on the way to the hotel and my luggage carried. The breakfast was absolutely delicious everyday, table service and a number of courses including dessert! I was fortunate to have lunch at the hotel due to Marco's kindness and it was 5 stars, the best in Croatia! The room was lovely and very comfortable, I wanted to take the pillows home they were so soft! excellent location in the Old Town, close to all sights. I was also given fantastic recommendations for restaurants, galleries, top sights etc. My taxi to the airport was also organised. I would 100% return in a heartbeat. One of the nicest places I've ever stayed.

Luka and Mario were exceptional hosts and couldn’t do enough for me. Luka spent time to highlight local attractions and made recommendations for me for my stay in Split. The rooms are luxurious with excellent products and air conditioning. I opted for an airport pick up and it was managed with ease. Boze was friendly and gave me local information and tips. Highly recommend eating in their restaurant which is high quality (and delicious) in a beautiful courtyard setting. You will also not be disappointed with the very generous breakfast. I’d 100 per cent stay again and recommend to anyone wanting something special for their Split stay!

Honestly the best place I have ever stayed at. Luka and Mario went out of their way to arrange everything for me, from picking me up to giving me all the tips I needed as well as serving the best 3-course breakfast I’ve ever had at an accommodation. Honestly can’t wait to be back!

The accommodation is in the very center of Split, just at the walls of the Diocletian's Palace and few steps from the Riva promenade. Also the Marjan park with magnificent view and great walks in pine forest is less than 2 km away so all different kinds of experience are on the palm of your hand. The accommodation itself is exceptionally nice and tidy and our host Luka was very professional yet cordially human. Due to the city centre location the guarded parking is few minutes walking distance from the premises yet both upon our arrival as well as our departure a member of the staff was helping us with the luggage so in fact the walk from the parking to the accommodation was an extra free of charge sightseeing tour. Luka also gave us quite a comprehensive list of recommendations for places to see and restaurants to visit so the stay was really full of experience. The served breakfast in the morning with fresh pastry and diverse courses was a cherry on the top of the stay. I can only recommend the Makarun Heritage Rooms and we are already strongly considering coming back there for a longer stay.
