The hotel was very pleasant, and the stuff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection. Hotel design is a bit peculiar for our taste. Small fitness area, jacuzzi and sauna were a big plus. The location is great - near the port, old town and other transportation hubs (bus, train).

location was great, air con worked well, room was really clean and spacious, the staff especially Daniela and her colleague don’t have his name were amazing with recommendations and just talking to me. The breakfast was good and filled me up, plenty of choices. The gym was basic but still functional for my requirements. on another note I left my spare phone at the hotel and they got in touch with me and have arranged to send it on to me.

We were a mother and son family unit and loved the suite with a solid door between the living and bedroom. Best we've ever had. We'll done. We both had great night's sleeps/ no snoring! Thank you.

Location was great - near the bus terminal, close to the riva promenade and other attractions. The view of our hotel room was also amazing and the buffet breakfast is good. Reception and hotel staff were also helpful and attentive to our needs.

Good size room. We had a balcony with nice views to the harbour. Good breakfast choice and friendly staff at breakfast.

Location and the staff. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We could leave our luggage there after we had checked out a couple of days as we had to hang around Split for the day.

This hotel is just lovely. Very welcoming, both staff and decor. Very light and bright. My room was decorated beautifully and the view overlooking the cruise ships was exceptional. Was tempted to stay in room the whole time. Breakfast room again was decorated so nicely and the food was excellent. Just loved this Hotel

Swiss charm but totally modern & very clean Perfectly located in the Old Town (no traffic, pedestrians only) & with a GREAT cafe/restaurant attached. Everything about the hotel was excellent but in particular the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Special shout out to Gil who went above and beyond, helping with my luggage & walking the short distance to where the airport shuttle picked me up on a nearby ‘traffic allowed’ street

Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room and toilet. Clean, change of towels everyday. Jacuzzi and sauna available. Very good breakfast. Very close to the riva and old part of Split.
