Location despite being an old building in half abandoned part of the city, which equals to quietness which we like. Redone bathroom. Single beds were comfortable.

The receptionist was kind at check in. The rooms were more dated than the photos. It was fine for one night but i personally wouldn’t stay for much longer. It does the trick. The breakfast was great & the breakfast lady was cheerful and kind. The receptionist at check out was also great, but the man manager wasn’t the friendliest. All in all I would call this a great one night place to stay.

The room had a nice view and the staff were very friendly. If you come by car you can find parking places near the hotel. Its a public parking so the free spot is not guaranteed. It is close to Riva promenade

Great location near swimming beach if you do not want to be in the Riva tourist area 2 lovely lady receptionists, very helpful

Good location by the port about 15/20 min walk to the centre, good air conditioning, nice clean hotel staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast basic but ok.

When you are looking for an accomodation on walking distance from the beautiful Split city center, but you also need park your car (what is always problem in bigger cities) and you love swimming in the sea, this is the right place for you. This 3* hotel is near the park from one side and sea from other (you can swim just next to hotel - access from steps directly to deep water). Breakfast was also nice, we found everything we needed, we liked especially salad from fresh fruit, lady in restaurant constantly supplied everything, what was missing. Lady at reception was very helpful and recommended us a perfect fish restaurant for dinner.

Perfect location, walkable distance to the beaches and old town. Really lovely staff would like to highlight Anna and a girl with red hair (sorry I didn’t get your name). Clean and spacious room. Overall a nice hotel at a fair price.
