The staff very extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mia at the front desk. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast with a good selection of homemade local delicacies. I highly recommend this hotel to any traveller.

Perfect location, modern comforts steeped in ancient history. The staff were exceptional! Greeting us at the road to assist with luggage (travelling with elderly mother) and even arranging scales to check on luggage weights before departure!! Beds were super comfortable and our room overlooked the square. Enjoyed delicious meals and breakfast at the restaurant. Massive appreciation of the lift in the hotel situated in the centre of town so close to the Riva.

Manager was so obliging . Allowed us to have the room before check in time and upgraded us to beautiful room. Also checked out an hour later than required. We have stayed in the hotel before and always found the staff so obliging.
