I liked the kindness of the owner, who allowed us to check in earlier and check out later, which was very convenient for our long trip back home. She was the only host during this trip in Croatia who took the time to give us a few indications about the area and welcomed us with a homemade drink and candy. The courtyard was really green and pleasant for a meal and the neighbourhood quiet and local.

We were welcomed with no issues and a little bit of local booze ;) The lady was very helpful in providing guidance and showing us the map. We spent really nice eveninigs in the patio.

The hospitality of Ms. Vesna was amazing. Tasty homemade sweets, fig jam, and liqour. She kept feeding us every day with surprise treats until we left. Having a small garden table for eating outside was a bonus. We really felt like home. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen and room were small but enough for our stay.

Room is very central in Split, in a very calm alley. There is a nice shared garden for the different rooms where you can sit outside. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Vesna's warm welcome and thoughtful gestures made our stay truly delightful. The homemade sugared almonds and sweet citrus peel added a personal touch that was truly special. The property was impeccably stocked and equipped, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The convenience of not needing a car, as walking around was easy, added an extra layer of relaxation to our experience. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

Facilities are basic at the apartment ( kitchen utensils,pans etc, hair dryer, hangers for clothes) but it has everything you need. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood 15 minutes from the main bus station, 10 minutes from the beach and old town. The owner is very nice ( gave me some sweets and rajika on the house) but cannot speak English so don't expect to get some tips in English. Place was very clean when I arrived.

Very clean and private with our own little garden. Loved the Sun loungers and the kitchen was well equipped. Near to the old town.
