“A great place to stay in Split”

My friend and I stayed in room 5. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location, only 10 minutes walk to the palace and the seafront. Even though it was so close to everything, it was also quiet & tucked away, so we weren't disturbed by noise from outside in the night. We stayed on the first floor, and our room had a balcony where you could sit and a washing line to dry our clothes/swimwear. The owner was really nice and very helpful. There was a kettle & fridge in the room with a separate kitchen downstairs with plates, dishes, etc. A tip if you stay in room 5, there is a switch on the outside of the bathroom, under the tv, which is to get hot water in the shower. The owner may have told us this, but we forgot/didn't realise until a few days into our trip.

Really nice area, very central but secluded and quiet. The hostess and host were lovely. So welcoming and accommodating. Really made the stay special, highly recommend.

The host was very friendly and helpful. We could store our luggage until departure to the airport. The location was very good. Not far from the busy center and beaches but quiet. We heared and saw the birds in the morning. Small bathroom but good shower with quick hot water. Bed slept well. Airco also worked well. We had everything we needed.

Great location, balcony was really nice, host gave good recommendations for restaurants. Air conditioning was good, apartment was spacious, a lot bigger than the photos look. Bathroom was nice.
