The location, the well-equipped kitchen, the availability of markets nearby (Konsum, Lidl), the yard, the bus stops are also nearby, and of course- the super kind owner Anita.

Beautiful apartment, perfect for a family of 4. Super clean and comfortable and well equipped. It’s in a fab location, less than 10 mins walk to the old town but in a really beautiful part of town just a little way up the hill with loads of restaurants and shops and pretty streets surrounding

Great apartment in a good, quiet location just a 5 minute walk from the Riva promenade. Check-in with the owner was easy & he explained everything & made sure we had all we needed before leaving us to start our holiday. Was always on hand should we need him & the chocolates, beer & wine were a lovely touch. Every facility was provided as described with a nice outside place to sit if required & although the kitchen area is quite small, it was enough for us during our stay. Overall, a lovely place to stay in Split & highly recommended. Oh & there is a lovely cat that will greet you every day too! 🙂

We stayed in the Lavender apartment 🥰. It was very clean beautiful & fully equipped with everything needed. Those small things that most stays don’t have, coffee pods, toaster 😁 which was great 👍🏻. Owner was very hospitable, air-con was on pre our arrival & he even had complimentary cold beer-water in fridge. Very kind, thank you. Also helpful in recommending place do eat-drink 👍🏻. & location 10/10 close to everything so can walk.

Location is absolutely amazing, the owner is the kindest person ever and essentials available in property (coffe, milk). Sweet treats on bed are really nice touch. Great value for money
