Great place very close to the Diocletian's palace. Parking is easy for smaller car, and a little tricky (but still possible) for bigger car.

Studio is well equipped and neat, the balcony is nice (it needs a better furniture). Having a washing mashine is super. Frane is excellent, kind and very professional. On time, he made sure to explain all details, very responsive and help with tips to explore Split.

We liked it here: A large apartment, a comfy bed and a nice balcony to the quiet backside of the building (Excellent to observe Split’s vibrant bird life). The staff are responsive and authentically friendly.

Gotta say right away, Frane was the kindest host- available through the whole stay, gave us recommendations about the things we were interested in to see in Split and offered help about anything if needed. :) We slept well, the bed was comfortable, the room was exactly what it looked like on the photos, and the location was great...about 6-7 minutes walk to the old town All in all, great experience, would love to visit again!

Perfect property in great location. Host was wonderful, kind and very helpful throughout our whole stay which meant a lot to us and made our stay in Split wonderful.

The location was fantastic,the apartment was very clean and the location was a quiet area too and the kitchen was also very clean and the host was very helpful too
