I liked the fact the apartment had great AC, washing machine, large balcony area, decent walk to old town etc and the facilities were great.

Great place with good host. Big flat, comfortable bed, small terrace (but no view), fully equipped kitchen (we even had dishwasher), washing machine, ac. Nađa gave us good tips on Split with list of places. It's just around 10 min walk to city center, 15 min to seafront. Free parking just the opposite the building. 3 min to big supermarket. In general, very great experience was here.

We really love how clean the apartment was when we arrived. The bed and couch were comfortable, the balcony with line to hang our clothes, working lights and fridge. The apartment is fully functional.

Absolutely lovely one bedroom apartment with a lounge room , washing machine, well-equipped kitchen and a balcony. It’s not a long walk from the centre of Split and there’s a good supermarket just around the corner. The owner was lovely, as well as the caretaker. Totally positive experience. It’s a little expensive for one person but it was so nice, I didn’t care.

Nice and big looking place with balcony! Nađa was very kind and we could ask things via WhatsApp. Shop was very close to the apartment.
