New appartement, room big enough for two, and a nice bathroom. The bed was really comfortable, and we were provides some nice shower gel and towels and bathrobes. The roof was nicely accommodated and was accessible for breakfast with a nice view.

Everything was great, owner is very helpful and responds quickly to messages. Apartment has a private parking (garage), room is very clean as well as bathroom. Breakfast was included in the already reasonable price. The apartment is located on a quiet street so you will be able to rest well at night.

Very modern, prime location, garage under the house was a big plus and even an SUV can be parked there, which would be a nightmare in Split

Although we stayed here at the property for only one night, it was a really very cozy place to relax for the night. Everything in the room is perfectly arranged and available. The views from the breakfast area are stunning. The host is very friendly and helpful and I would surely come back here if I happen to come to Split again.

Nice and modern residence with garage. The room was big and comfortable. Large television with many programs. It was nice to be able to make tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast is served at the top of the building, where there is a sun terrace with a view of the sea. The staff is helpful and kind. I will definitely choose this accommodation again.

Perfect location, very clean, full of premium equipments (Miele), free garage, 5min to the beach, 15min walking distance to the old town, good restaurants closely as well as supermarkets. Great breakfast on the roof with an amazing view over the see! Eva is very helpful, imediat answers on the messages, tx!

We booked a room with sauna and massage tub and it was honestly incredible. There was a huge terrace with sea view and a walk-in closet. The location is awesome as you only need 3 minutes walking to get to the beach. The staff is kind and the breakfast is great. There is also a private garage.

Host Eva is very efficient, instant communication, always ready to help and advise. The location is near the city center and the beach, in a quiet residential area. The private garage for parking is a big advantage. Spotless clean, easy check-in, very good breakfast on the roof terrace with sea view! Definitely will come back and recommend to others!

Beautiful property, on a bit quieter area in split, and we enjoyed it very much! Location is 2 streets away from the beach, but very nice area. breakfast prepared but the owner there and it was better than most 4 star hotels. Thank you guys for accommodating us so quickly. we enjoyed very much and will come back again!
