Very close to the skiing slope, no problem walking there with kids, when there is more snow you can ski up to the cabin. The cottage is very comfortable, has everything you need, the kitchen is fully equipped and functional.

Location is perfect a few meters from the sloaps. House is comfy and rustic, ideal for family. Storage for skis/snowboards with heaters for boats is very nice

Parking on the spot, nice view from the windows, and we couldn't be closer to the slopes. A heated ski-room was also available. Liked to have local info material available about activities, restaurants, etc in the area.

The location is perfect, a 2 minute walk from the bottom of the Stuhleck family lifts (it is an additional 3 minute slide from the family lifts to the main lift). The town center where you can find a supermarket and a pizzeria is a 10 minute walk (unfortunately other restaurants were closed due to covid). The ground floor of the cabin has the kitchen, living room and bathroom, while the two bedrooms are upstairs. The beds are on the firm side (which I prefer), but the pillows are a bit difficult to use (very wide, but flat). Plenty of towels were provided and the bedding was clean. The cabin is heated by a temperature controlled, self-feeding wood pellet fired stove, which supplies very even warmth in the entire house and also provides a wonderful traditional winter cottage atmosphere. The owners were always up early to clean off the access roads to the houses after the night's snow, and snow shovels were easily accessible for emergencies. There are individual wifi routers for each cottage with a fiber connection, so internet access is outstanding. Storing skis and boots as well as changing into them was extremely convenient thanks to the partially heated ski shed. The shed even had some sleds we could borrow (there is a 5 km sled run at Stuhleck, so this is a very useful bonus!). There was one parking spot for each house right at the property entrance, and additional parking was available a hundred meters away.
